Glass Surface Measurement

IntelliSurf-Glass system allows to measure 3-D shape of the glass surfaces and to characterise numerically surface defects using non-contact technique.

The system measures each point of the surface and analyse over 400,000 data points to achieve true elevation coordinates. This measurement system allows us to produce highly accurate measurements on reflective glass surfaces such as automotive glass.

Glass Quality Control

The quality of manufactured glass plays significant role in the automotive and glass making industry. From our experience only few large glass manufacturers use a measurement system, which allows them to have numerical data of produced glass to carry out quality control procedures.

InnoVinn People offers a quick and robust measurement system, which allows us to characterise not only surface defects by using slope information but to reconstruct the full 3-D shape of the automotive glass. The system is very flexible and can be configured depending upon customer requirements.

IntelliSurf-Glass system is exceptionally flexible in terms of the coverage area and can be also applied to the measurement of a wide range of other deformed specular surfaces and for the optical inspection of different surface defects.
